About the studio
One studio. Three trades. One line of sight.
A transom is the window above a door: a small opening that lets light travel deeper into a building. It is what we do, in one word.

01 — Why they belong together
Design decides where light enters. Windows and glass are how.
Most projects split these between a designer, a window company and a glass shop, and the gaps between them are where things go wrong. We keep them in one studio so the drawing and the opening agree.
Design
Residential remodels, led by the kitchen, and commercial interiors. Drawn to code and delivered as a permit-ready set.
Windows
Replacement windows and patio doors, measured, supplied and professionally installed.
Glass & light
Architectural glass and artificial skylights, supplied to the trade under the name Transom Glass.
02 — Working with contractors
Your builder, our drawings.
We design and supply. Your contractor builds. The work goes best when the two are talking from the start.
We draw for the people who build
Clear dimensions, complete schedules and details where a detail is needed. Nothing left to be guessed on site.
We stay through construction
Questions get answered, shop drawings get reviewed and we walk the job at the stages that matter.
We can supply what we specify
Glass, windows and skylights from the same studio that drew them, when one source is simpler.
